I am Jhen. I gained practical experience through my previous work in the United Arab Emirates as a teacher aid. Over the years, I had the privilege to acknowledge children's learning needs and challenges.

 I am passionate about education. I genuinely care about helping kids reach their full potential and succeed academically. By joining Inna Circle childminder, I will have the opportunity to contribute to a larger mission of supporting families in need of on demand childcare and making a positive impact on kids' lives.

 As a childminder, I will bring a range of skills and qualities to the table that I believe will greatly benefit children. I prioritize understanding their unique needs and learning styles.

 One of the things I value most about teaching and tutoring is empowering kids. I believe that education trains them to become independent learners and critical thinkers.

 I am inspired by the kid's curiosity and determination as their eagerness to learn motivates me to improve my teaching strategies and find creative ways to engage and challenge them.

  I handle small children to teenagers. The training that I got overseas has taught me to be ethical and value diversity.
