Can the childminder clean my house or take care of my pets?

As much as possible and to get the utmost service from The Inna Circle Childminders, their focus is more on taking care of your children as their primary service. Household chores and taking care of your pets are discouraged.

As of the moment, our system can allow you to book a case session up to 10 hours.

We are doing it as soon as possible! But given that the qualified childminders will undergo a series of screenings and preparations, we can not rush the process. But be updated via our social media posts (IG, FB..) and be in the loop of what’s latest in our services.

We’re excited to offer this in the future, but right now, for the safety of all involved, we ask that care takes place in the home.

We are working hard to build a team of qualified childminders who can care for special needs kids with the level of support they deserve and the selection process for this level of support is ongoing. At this time we aren’t prepared to serve children that require advanced support. We will keep you updated as this changes!

Currently, our bookable times are daily, 7AM—10PM (subject to availability).

Unfortunately, we don’t accept bookings for less than 24 hours.

We only serve some parts of Metro Manila for now. Please get in touch with hello@theinnacircle.com  to check the available cities. We will do our best to help you.

The Inna Circle Childminders undergo a tedious process prior to presenting them in our roster. Aside from screening the childminders based on their qualifications, experience and skillsets through CV review and interview, our partner – third party security agency will conduct a thorough background investigation to verify the information and identification documents that they provided.

Afterwards, they will be invited to be a part of an on-boarding session where they will also be evaluated according to skill levels and commitment. This is facilitated by the one of the premier universities in teacher training.

After completion, they will undergo an Emergency Response Training Course facilitated by the Philippine Red Cross. Then, more training on childcare will be conducted by the best in the industry -from university professors to service practitioners.

How do we know they are trustworthy? By showing their level of commitment to undergo this tiered selection process and how they are trying to improve their skills with every step.

The amount depends on the kind of service that you need for your children. Book your schedule for quotation.

What if I need to change my booking?

Kindly email us at hello@theinnacircle.com and we will work on the rescheduling if the need arises.

Maybe all the childminders are not available with your time, please click “edit search” to change the time. If you still cannot find the childminder, please email us at hello@theinnacircle.com

To check if you really received a booking confirmation email, first search “hello@theinnacircle.com”. If not, check your spam or trash folder. If these didn’t work, please email hello@theinnacircle.com with the subject DID NOT RECEIVE A BOOKING CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

Can I extend my booking time during a session?

We appreciate that you enjoy your time with the childminder during your scheduled session. But please bear in mind that after the agreed serviceable hours, childminder on duty may have to run to her next booking. Kindly check with your childminder first if they can accommodate your request for extensions.

Booking

We accept bookings from 24 hours to 3 weeks in advance. Go to https://www.theinnacircle.com/ to book, get a password and reserve your choice of Childminder

Once reservation is done, a G-cash QR-Code will appear on the screen. Please scan and input the amount to be paid for your booking. We will reserve your childminder choice for 12 hours.

  1. Your childminder comes in prepared with a timetable of various activities based on your recommendation. So in case something came up and you feel like your kid will enjoy it, go back and update it in your booking history.
  2. All care sessions happen right inside the perimeter of your homes for security purposes as stated in the agreement. If you want your child to go outside with a childminder, notify us in advance. But, we can not guarantee the safety of your kid. The Inna Circle and the Childminder is not liable to any accidents that happen outside of your homes.
  3. We will send you an email reminder the day before your appointment, please make sure to check your inbox for our messages.
  • Change of clothes for your kid.
  • Learning materials to use for the activities.
  • List of reminders to the childminder.
  • Emergency phone numbers the childminder can call.
  • Child’s food for “recess”.
  • Child’s main meals in case care session will will fall under breakfast, lunch and dinner time.

Life happens. We get it. You can cancel your care session in the booking history page in the app. All cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund within 1 business day. Last minute cancellations are not entitled to a refund.

We know that you find it annoying having to fill-up forms and the back and forth emails between you and The Inna Circle can be time consuming.

But, this is just our way to protect your account and your family’s privacy.
