My name is Connie: I'm a responsible teacher and caring childminder. I'm reliable, conscientious and dedicated; am known to be kind, friendly, cheerful and am as a child at heart. I've been a positive influence to children, all of my life. From care of my young siblings and cousins; being a toddler and nursery teacher, in a private school; both carrying experience as a tutor and with managing toddlers' to pre-teens' needs- elementary graders (both at pupils' homes and in a tutorial centre) and having experience as a part time Au Pair, while in Europe; I believe that my providing thoughtful instruction and childcare experiences, are already a large part of the journey I'm on.

My enjoyment of learning and trying new things, helps inspire in children the creative spirit, which is so important to help cultivate. I share a strong interest in arts and crafts, which carries over well to helping young children develop joy in creating. I also enjoy cooking healthy meals, reading the bible, painting with waterbased', journaling and drawing in my spare time. As someone who's also well trained in providing safe and effective first aide, both to children and adults, as well as emergency response procedures; I'll be there for the sunny days and the stormy ones, yet I'll help teach your kids to be as light in the darkness.
